Description

1. Product Overview

This refractory brick is manufactured via precision processes: high-purity silicon carbide crushing, gradient batching, high-pressure molding (to ensure density), and high-temperature sintering (1600-1700℃). The high SiO₂ matrix forms a stable cristobalite structure, which enhances its acid resistance and high-temperature strength-solving the pain points of ceramic kiln linings cracking from thermal shock or eroding from high-temperature gas. Unlike ordinary refractory bricks, it has low apparent porosity (≤25%) and high cold crushing strength (≥80MPa), ensuring long-term stability in ceramic firing environments. Standard shape is brick, with full customization support for non-standard kiln structures.
