Customer's cement kiln

Application area:

1. Firing zone & transition zone on both sides: magnesia brick (magnesium chrome brick, low chrome brick, magnesia dolomite brick)

2. The kiln skin is unstable, and there is often an excessive zone of leaking bricks: high-alumina bricks, phosphate-bound high-alumina bricks

3. Decomposition zone, use spinel bricks for severely eroded areas, and use high-alumina bricks for other parts

4. Kiln door cover, cooler throat, high temperature part (1250C) in high temperature zone: anti-stripping high-alumina bricks or chemically combined high-alumina bricks as working layer materials, vault: calcined high-alumina bricks. High temperature place of high air pressure cooler: phosphate combined with high alumina wear-resistant brick

5. Kiln material preheating part (medium temperature zone (<1200C): clay refractories, including alkali-resistant bricks, alkali-resistant castables, ordinary clay bricks

6. The preheating decomposition part in the long barrel kiln: clay brick working lining and high-strength thermal insulation brick (>9Mpa)

7. In addition to the working layer of non-kiln non-moving equipment: heat insulating material as heat insulating lining, calcium silicate board, ceramic fiber material, heat insulating brick, light pouring material

8. Kiln mouth: refractory bricks and refractory castables with excellent wear resistance: silicon carbide composite bricks, high-quality phosphate combined with high-alumina wear-resistant bricks, and refractory castables without steel fiber reinforcement. Burner outer protective lining: low cement corundum castable, high alumina refractory castable, steel fiber reinforced refractory castable

After watching the factory, I took the client to the nearby scenic spot Shaolin Temple to play:

The customer stayed in China for a month. 

After returning to China, he sent a detailed product list and re-quoted. Then in September, the order was confirmed, and the customer's deposit was received in October.

After confirming the product details, the production officially started.
