1.The application of Silicon mullite brick

Silicon mullite brick has the advantages of good high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity and low energy consumption. At present, it covers the cooling zone and transition zone of most cement kilns. Silica mulberry brick not only has very good thermal shock resistance, but also fully meets the use of cement kiln in thermal conductivity.

Silicon mullite bricks have strong configuration adaptability. The traditional configuration of refractory materials is usually to configure refractories with different properties such as spinel bricks, magnesia-chrome bricks and anti-stripping bricks at the kiln mouth, front transition zone, rear transition zone, and decomposition zone. The silicon molybdenum brick can fully cover all process zones other than the firing zone.
