The JM Series Heat Insulation Refractory Bricks are manufactured via advanced processes: high-purity diatomite selection (Fe₂O₃ ≤1.5% to avoid contamination), organic pore-forming agent addition (to create uniform micro-pores), vacuum extrusion molding (ensuring dense structure), low-temperature drying (120℃), and high-temperature sintering (1300-1450℃). Unlike dense refractory bricks, their porous structure reduces bulk density to 0.8-1.2g/cm³ (30-40% lighter than ordinary dense bricks), while maintaining cold crushing strength ≥3.0MPa-balancing lightweight and structural stability.
