1.Making of clay bricks

Clay bricks are made from local materials, are cheap, durable, and have the advantages of fire prevention, heat insulation, sound insulation, moisture absorption, etc., and are widely used. The qualified blast furnace clay bricks are the phosphoric acid impregnated products after drying treatment, vacuum phosphoric acid impregnation and secondary low temperature firing, which can be used to build the upper lining of the blast furnace body.

2.The difference between clay bricks

The color of clay bricks is yellowish, and the appearance color of dense clay bricks is red. After the section is opened, the inside and outside of the clay brick are basically the same, while the section of the dense clay brick shows a white aggregate section of burnt gemstone particles after the section is opened. And the degree of cracks staggered to form a network. In this way, the spalling resistance of the dense clay brick is improved and the crack resistance is stronger.
