1. Product Overview

This integrated kiln furniture set combines three core components-kiln shelves, pin cranks, and support bases-all made from cordierite-mullite via semidry pressing + high-temperature sintering (1500℃+). The composite material merges cordierite's ultra-low thermal expansion (2.2-2.6×10⁻⁶/K) with mullite's high-temperature strength, solving two key industry pain points: it avoids the cracking of pure cordierite shelves under heavy loads and the brittleness of pure mullite pin cranks. The pin cranks feature small ceramic pins that minimize glaze contact (only tiny, polishable marks), while the shelves support up to 50kg stacked ceramics without deformation. Standard sizes cover 300×300mm to 1650×700mm, with custom shapes (perforated, grooved, trapezoidal) available for non-standard kilns.
