Manufacturing process
- Raw material preparation: mainly use high-alumina bauxite clinker, and add a small amount of clay.
- Processing: After the above raw materials are ground, they are mixed with a binder (such as clay) and a foaming agent to form a slurry.
- Molding: The slurry is cast and molded by gas generation or foaming.
- Firing: The molded bricks are fired at a high temperature of 1300~1500℃.
