Description

1. Product Overview

This Ceramic Fiber Blanket is manufactured via strict processes: first, high-purity bauxite and quartz are melted in electric furnaces (1700-1800℃) to form molten inorganic glass; then, high-pressure air is used to spin the melt into ultra-fine fibers (3-5 μm diameter); after that, the fibers are laid into a continuous cotton layer and reinforced via needle-punching (regular needle replacement ensures strong tensile strength); finally, heat treatment (200-300℃) removes moisture and stabilizes the structure. Unlike traditional insulation materials (e.g., rock wool, foam boards), it's a pure inorganic material-non-combustible (Class A fire rating), no formaldehyde release, and maintains stability at 1100℃-1600℃.
