Description

1. Product Overview

This Fireproof Ceramic Fiber Paper is manufactured via advanced wet-laid processes: first, high-purity alumina-silica fibers (3-5μm diameter) are dispersed into a uniform slurry; then, the slurry is laid on a forming mesh to create ultra-thin sheets (controlling thickness via mesh speed); next, vacuum dewatering and low-temperature drying (120℃) remove moisture without damaging fibers; finally, high-temperature calcination (800-1000℃) enhances structural stability and eliminates organic binders. Unlike traditional insulation papers (e.g., glass fiber paper), its inorganic fiber composition ensures non-combustibility (Class A fire rating) and no toxic gas release at high temps. The product is supplied in rolls (width 610/1220mm, length 3600-7200mm) or die-cut gaskets, with moisture-proof packaging (vacuum-sealed plastic + cartons) to avoid fiber absorption of moisture-ensuring consistent insulation performance.
