2.Silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick Introduction

Generally contains 70% to 75% silicon carbide and 18% to 25% silicon nitride. It has good corrosion resistance, 1400℃ flexural strength of 50 to 55MPa, and apparent porosity of 15%. Thermal expansion coefficient (4.5 to 5.0) × 10-2℃-1.

It has good alkali corrosion resistance, resistance to molten cryolite wettability, oxidation resistance, wear resistance, high thermal conductivity, thermal shock resistance and extremely low electrical conductivity, and is prepared by high temperature firing method.
