Magnesia Refractory Brick
The raw material of magnesia brick is mainly magnesite, and its basic component is MgCO3, which is sintered magnesia after being calcined at high temperature and then broken to a certain particle size.
Description
1.Magnesia brick Description
The refractoriness of magnesia bricks can reach more than 2000 ℃, and its softening temperature under load varies greatly with the melting point of the cemented phase and the number of liquid phases produced at high temperatures. Generally, the softening starting temperature of magnesia bricks under load is between 1520 and 1600 °C, while high-purity magnesia bricks can reach 1800 °C. The starting temperature of magnesia brick softening under load is not much different from the collapse temperature. The linear expansion rate of magnesia bricks at 20~1000℃ is generally 1.2%~1.4%, and it is approximately linear.
2. Magnesia brick Feature
(1) The refractoriness is above 2000℃.
(2) Do not contact with acid-resistant materials.
(3) Good thermal shock resistance.
(4)Good corrosion resistance to iron oxides, alkaline slag and high calcium solvents
