Crafted from high-alumina bauxite via precision crushing, high-pressure molding, and high-temperature sintering, these anchor bricks integrate three core functions: high-temperature resistance, thermal insulation, and structural anchoring. Unlike ordinary anchor bricks, their ≥65% Al₂O₃ content ensures no deformation under long-term 1500-1800℃ operation, while low impurity levels (CaO/CrO/MgO/SiC/SiO₂: trace amounts) prevent contamination to molten materials (e.g., glass liquid, molten steel). Standard size ranges from 180mm to 490mm, and custom shapes/sizes based on customer drawings are available to fit non-standard furnace structures.
