1.Product Overview
This firebrick is manufactured via precision batching (silicon carbide + industrial silicon powder + clay), high-pressure molding, and high-temperature sintering. The clay bonding phase forms a dense structure that enhances the brick's thermal stability, while the high-content SiC ensures wear and corrosion resistance. Unlike pure SiC refractories, it balances performance and cost-effectiveness, solving the pain points of high cost for pure SiC and poor durability of ordinary clay bricks. Standard size adapts to most industrial kilns, with custom shapes (trapezoidal, arch, special-shaped) available for non-standard equipment.
