High Alumina Refractory bricks
High-alumina bricks refer to neutral refractory materials with alumina content of more than 48%, which are calcined from bauxite and various refractory raw materials. High thermal stability, small creep at high temperature, strong corrosion resistance and high refractoriness.
Description
1.Classification of high alumina refractory bricks
High-alumina refractory bricks are divided into four grades according to the aluminum content. The aluminum content of the third-grade high-alumina brick is not less than 55%, the aluminum content of the second-grade high-alumina brick is not less than 65%, and the aluminum content of the first-grade high-alumina brick is not less than 55%. 75%, and the aluminum content of super high-alumina bricks is more than 85%.
2.Application of high alumina refractory brick
High alumina refractory bricks are mainly used for the lining of blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, electric furnace roofs, blast furnaces, reverberatory furnaces and rotary kilns. In addition, high alumina bricks are also widely used as open hearth regenerative checker bricks, plugs for pouring systems, nozzle bricks, etc.
