A refractory
At present, most of the refractories used in domestic fluidized roasting furnaces are unshaped refractories. Its main characteristics are: selected raw materials, reasonable grading, more ultra-fine powder, more heavy burned materials, low cement content, and low moisture; High strength at low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. A large number of refractory plastics and refractory castables are used, and most of them are refractory castables. Because the overall construction improves the air tightness of the furnace body, the furnace lining has a certain strength.
During construction, metal anchors or anchor bricks for supporting the furnace wall are installed on the inner side of the furnace wall. This structure enables the constructed furnace wall to withstand loads such as vibration. Since the support disperses the weight of the furnace wall, the furnace lining constructed by the castable can be partially repaired.

B anchor
The anchor is the main part of the inner lining. Its function is to make the inner lining material be firmly combined with the furnace wall. It should be used in different refractory materials of different materials, different parts of the furnace body, different lining thickness and different temperature conditions. Different specifications, different materials, and different types of anchors are connected and fixed, so that the lining will not crack or fall off under the action of long-term high temperature, and ensure the integrity of the lining.
The anchors can be divided into two categories from the material: one is alloy heat-resistant steel; the other is ceramic anchors (refractory bricks). The alloy steel anchors are welded, and attention must be paid to firmness during installation. It is best to use automatic gun welding.
