Ceramic Fiber Insulation Board
Ceramic fiber board is aluminum silicate fiberboard, a refractory material. It maintains good mechanical strength even after heating. Compared with fiber blankets and felts, this product is a fiber insulation product with rigidity and supporting strength.
Description
Production principle:
1. Use blown fiber (short, fine, easy to break and mix) as the raw material of ceramic fiber board, add a certain proportion of binder and filler grade auxiliaries, pass through the beater, and fully disperse into slurry in the mixing tank.
2. Pump into the forming pool and stir with compressed air.
3. Put the mold into the forming pool, and use the principle of vacuuming to make the fiber slurry adsorb on the mold. 4. Precisely control the adsorption time, vacuum dehydrate the fiber wet material, demold it, put it on the tray and send it to the drying furnace for drying for 10-24 hours.
5. The dried fiberboard passes through a special grinding machine and a trimming machine to precisely control the size.
Product Feature :
In addition to the excellent properties of the corresponding bulk ceramic fiber cotton, the ceramic fiber board has a hard texture, excellent toughness and strength, and excellent resistance to wind erosion. Heating does not expand, light weight, convenient construction, can be arbitrarily sheared and bent, is an ideal energy-saving material for kilns, pipes and other thermal insulation equipment.
