What is the construction process of acid-resistant bricks

Jul 15, 2021

Acid-resistant bricks are widely used in industrial buildings because of their good acid resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance. However, many people still don't know the construction process of acid-resistant bricks. In order to better understand the use of it, let's introduce the construction process of acid-resistant bricks.

1. Before paving the acid-resistant bricks, it should be soaked in water and then dried to achieve the effect of being dry on the outside and wet on the inside, and there is no water mark on the surface. Choose the color and use it.

2. Before sticking the acid-resistant bricks, pull the crosshairs in the horizontal and vertical directions. When sticking, ensure that the cross lines are connected horizontally and vertically, and no wrong stitching is allowed.

3. Pay attention to whether the acid-resistant bricks need to be parqueted or laid in a uniform direction, the floor tiles must be cut accurately, the door cover, the bottom of the cabinet, etc. must be tightly connected, and the gaps must be even.

4. When floor tiles are laid, clean them as they are laid, and keep them clean at any time. (Clean with cotton yarn or sawdust), and clean the cement mortar in the joints of the bricks. After the completion of the work, the joints will be jointed.

5. When laying the floor tiles, no human stepping is allowed. After laying, the seams should be cleaned and maintained within 24 hours.

6. After the floor tiles are laid, after the inspection is complete, cover them with thick cardboard and remove the iron nails on the cardboard. To prevent debris from entering, the cardboard and cardboard should be tightly pasted with sealing glue.

7. Do not use water when there is no drainage or water accumulation equipment. Do not soak the cardboard used to protect the floor tiles to prevent indirect pollution of the floor tiles.

8. The jointing is carried out before the completion of the work. The joints shall be cleaned first, and the putty shall be adjusted with white cement and talcum powder. The jointing putty shall be 1mm lower than the brick surface.
