There are many ways to fix the ceramic fiber blanket, and the construction methods in different kilns and different environments are also very different. Of course, each method has certain steps:
1.The refractory fiber ceramic fiber blanket with laminated lining should be cut neatly according to the design size.
2.Each bundle of refractory fiber should be pre-compressed, the degree of compression should be the same, and the compression rate should be 15%-20%.
3. The supporting plates and fixing pins that are fixed in string should be welded firmly, and the welding quality should be checked one by one. The support plate on the wall should be horizontal and the pins should be vertical. The center distance of the pins should be 250~300mm.
4. When fixing with pins, the compressed ceramic fiber blanket should penetrate into the predetermined position to the layer support board. The movable pin shall be inserted vertically into the refractory fiber blanket at the position required by the design, and shall not be skewed or omitted.
5. After fixing with pins, the ceramic fiber blanket should be tightly attached to the inner layer. The joints of all ceramic fiber blankets should be squeezed tightly.
