1.When the ceramic fiber blanket is constructed by the pasting method, it can be arranged one by one.
2. Before using the pasting method for construction, the surface to be pasted should be marked with a grid according to the size of each bundle to ensure the straightness and tightness of the refractory fiber blanket.
3. The ceramic fiber blankets in burners, exhaust vents, holes, etc. should be cut into corresponding strips or blocks (in order to facilitate construction), and their arrangement direction should be perpendicular to their surroundings.
4. When the design requires ceramic fiber blanket to use expanded metal, the expanded metal should be firmly welded to the furnace shell. The expanded metal should be flat, and the thickness of the steel plate of the expanded metal should be 1~1.5mm.
5. Pasting method construction should be carried out from top to bottom. When constructing from bottom to top, do not drop the adhesive on the ceramic fiber blanket that has been pasted.
6. When bonding the ceramic fiber blanket with the pasting method, the adhesive should be spread evenly and full.
After the refractory fiber felt is coated with the adhesive, it should be immediately attached to the predetermined position and pressed tightly with a wooden trowel to make it adhere firmly. When pasting and pressing, do not push the adjacent fiber blanket that has been pasted to prevent the fiber blanket that has been bonded is damaged and cannot be used.
