The production process of lightweight thermal insulation bricks

Mar 24, 2022

The production process of lightweight thermal insulation bricks. Lightweight thermal insulation brick is a kind of thermal insulation material with low bulk density, high porosity and low thermal conductivity. Its low density and low thermal conductivity determine its irreplaceability in industrial furnace applications, but low density and low thermal conductivity. Thermal conductivity and strength are contradictory. The consumption of each raw material in the production example is as follows

The production process of lightweight thermal insulation bricks.

1. Silica sand with more than 96% silica content 300KG, lime with calcium oxide content more than 85% 10Kg, silica fire mud with more than 90% silica content 70Kg, aluminum phosphate cement 30Kg, industrial aluminum 1Kg, total water consumption 400- The preparation process of 500kg is as follows:

Weigh the ingredients according to the ratio, grind each material into powder, add water to the silica sand to make slurry, and preheat the preheating temperature to 45-50 °C;

2. Add the rest of the materials into the slurry and stir, after complete mixing, pour the mixed slurry into the mold, and heat it to 65-70°C for foaming. The foaming amount is greater than 40% of the total amount. Incubate at ℃ for 2 hours;

3. After standing, enter the steam room for steaming, the steaming pressure is 1.2MPa, the steaming temperature is 190℃, and the steaming time is 9 hours;

4.high temperature sintering, temperature 800 ℃.
