Everyone knows that ceramic fiber modules are a kind of thermal insulation material, which is used to save energy and is suitable for some high-energy-consuming equipment, such as boilers. The heat loss of the boiler is serious, so fiber modules should be installed on the furnace wall of the boiler to achieve the effect of reducing heat loss and heat preservation. So how should the fiber module be installed on the furnace wall of the boiler?
1.Before installing the ceramic fiber module, weld the short anchor nails on the furnace wall. Because the head of the short anchor nail has threads, a layer of insulating rock wool needs to be laid on it. The thickness of the insulating rock wool is controlled at Between 15-20mm. In order to ensure that the center hole of the pressure strip on the back of the module is aligned with the short anchoring nail, the short anchoring nail needs to be inserted into the hollow sleeve in the module, and the nut must be put into the head sleeve of the wrench. Put the wrench in the hollow sleeve and fix the nut on the head of the short anchor nail.
2. After the nuts, short anchoring screws, and the back pressure bar of the module are fixed through the above steps, the entire module can be fixed on the furnace shell.
3. The reinforcing plate is on the back pressure strip of the module. This reinforcing plate is mainly used for connection with bolts. When installing the module, the folding direction of the module needs to be staggered, so that the spaced installation can be achieved, so that the module can be freely expanded to fill the gap after the module is installed.
