1. High-load soft high-alumina brick
The difference between high-load soft high-alumina bricks and ordinary high-alumina bricks lies in the matrix part and the binder part. In addition to the addition of three-stone concentrate to the matrix part, high-alumina materials (finely ground high-alumina bauxite, industrial alumina or a-Al2O3 powder, corundum powder, high alumina aluminum corundum powder). The binder is selected from high-quality ball clay, etc., and clay composite binder or mullite binder is used according to different varieties.
2. Micro-expanded high alumina brick
Micro-expanded high-alumina bricksare made of high-alumina bauxite as the main raw material, adding three-stone concentrate, and according to the production process of high-alumina bricks. In order to make the high-alumina bricks expand properly during the use process, the key is to select the three-stone minerals and their particle sizes, and control the firing temperature, so that the selected stone minerals are partially mullite and some three-stone minerals remain. Using this feature, the high-alumina brick produces a corresponding expansion effect due to different working temperatures, squeezes the brick joints, and makes the whole brick more compact. This effect improves the resistance of the brick to slag penetration.
