The ceramic fiber board adopts the blown fiber as the raw material of the ceramic fiber board, adds a certain proportion of binder and filler grade additives, and is fully dispersed into a slurry in the mixing tank after beating. Pump into the forming tank and stir with compressed air. Put the mold into the forming pool, and use the principle of vacuuming to adsorb the fiber slurry on the mold. Accurately control the adsorption time, the wet fiber material is vacuum dehydrated, demolded, placed on a tray, and sent to a drying oven for drying for 10-24 hours. After the fiber board is dried, it goes through a special grinder and edge trimmer, and the size is controlled.
